OTA Video Script

Narrator: "Welcome to Volkswagen's Over-The-Air Update Tutorial. Today, we're going to walk you through the simple steps to download and install the OTA update for your vehicle. Let's get started!"
Scene 1: 
Narrator: "First, keep an eye on your email inbox. You'll receive a message confirming that your vehicle is eligible for an OTA update."
Narrator: "Once you've received the email, it's time to head over to your myVW app."
Scene 2:
Narrator: "Open your myVW app, and you'll see a pop-up giving you three options."
Narrator: "Select 'View Update' to get more details about the OTA update."
Scene 3: 
Narrator: "Review all the information provided. When you're ready, slide to request the update, giving your consent to download it to your vehicle."
Narrator: "If you're busy and can't decide immediately, don't worry, just select “Maybe later”.  You can defer your decision up to two times. And you can always find the OTA section in the Service page of the app."
Scene 4: 
Narrator: "The next step is downloading the OTA update to your vehicle. Once the download is complete, a pop-up will appear on your infotainment screen, letting you know that the update is available for installation."
Narrator: "You can start the installation at the end of your trip."
Scene 5: 
Narrator: "When you switch off your vehicle, a yellow notification will appear, confirming that OTA is ready for installation."
Narrator: "You can check the installation time. Please carefully read the disclaimer."
Narrator: "Then press 'Install' to begin the installation."
Scene 6: 
Narrator: "Once you've confirmed the installation, simply lock your vehicle and go about your day."
Narrator: "The OTA installation will start automatically."
Scene 7: 
Narrator: "Finally, keep an eye on your myVW app for a notification confirming that the OTA was successfully installed. There will be a notification on your infotainment system as well."
Narrator: "And there you have it! Your vehicle is now up-to-date with the latest software."
