The Electrify Canada charging plan included with your ID.4 comes with the convenience of Plug&Charge. By activating this feature, you can save time and improve convenience. Simply plug in at any Electrify Canada charging station to start charging. It’s as simple as that.

If you haven’t downloaded the Electrify Canada app or enrolled in the included charging plan for your 2023 or 2024 ID.4 EV, here’s how to activate Plug&Charge:

Follow general enrollment instructions from the link above:

  • An “Activate Plug&Charge” screen will appear after you set up payment for any idle fees or taxes you may incur
  • Tap the green “Activate Plug&Charge” button and tap “OK”

If you encounter any issues with activation, please call Electrify Canada Customer Assistance at 1-833-231-3226Open phone link. They are available 24/7.

Charging with Plug&Charge

Once you’ve done the one-time activation in the Electrify Canada app, simply:

At the charging station

Pull up to an available charger at a DC fast charging station and park.

Plug your vehicle in

Plug the charging connector into your ID.4 and wait for the vehicle-charger connection to be established.

Confirm charge

Check the charger screen to ensure charging has begun.

After the expiration of your included kWh, Plug&Charge will remain active for the remainder of the 4-year term on a customer-paid basis at prevailing retail rates.
